This service will ensure that your migration goes quickly and smoothly with no loss of data, and minimum downtime. After submitting your payment, a representative from Revonix will call to schedule your migration with one of our Migration Technicians. Once your migration is scheduled, a Migration Technician will contact you within the agree upon time frame. The Migration Technician will provide you with instructions on how to download a small program which will allow them to see you screen, and take control of your computer in order to complete the migration process. You will be able to see everything the technician is doing on your computer, and will be able to halt their actions at any point. The Migration Technician will be in constant communication with you throughout the process. Please be aware that the migration process can take from a few minutes, to several hours, depending on the speed of your internet connection, the number of account migrations ordered, and the size of the mailbox(s) being migrated.
